The show was last Wednesday! If you look past the minor details of things such as costumes on backwards, talking to fast, music not starting, people turning the wrong way etc. etc. it was a complete
success! The children had a bast. They put on their matching shirts and we did a little make up special for each one. The fact is, it didn't really matter how the show went, it was the fact that the kids got to see their parents smiling faces as they said their 2 lines bold and proud. How wonderful it felt to be part of such an
endeavor...such a confidence builder for these children.
Now we are on the next couple weeks for camp. Hector says we have only 2 new children and 8of the same ones. Because of the limited time, we will put on the same production with different songs and changed characters. God ha answered many a prayer (as he always does) and I feel very rested along with the rest of the crew. e have a game plan and that is helpful, rather than trying to do everything the last minute.
